Kobe Bryant Jersey

In advance of Kobe Bryant's last season in the NBA, I worked with the Los Angeles Lakers as part of the Adidas Sports Licensed Division on a commemorative jersey for his final game in of the 2015-2016 season. Ultimately, there were two versions of the jersey created for retail: one included a commemorative briefcase and focused more on the achievement patches, and the second was less decorated and included a subtle but sleek snakeskin embossed print. These were exclusively sold at his last game on April 13, 2016 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

They were entirely sold out by the end of the night.

Here is a first hand account on how they sold over $1.2 million in merchandise that night, which is a single-day sales record for any arena in the entire world.
